Financial coaching through the Financial Opportunity Center® (FOC) program. This wholistic program supports you with financial and employment resources. Working with a coach is an empowering process. 

What to Expect from Financial Coaching 

• Support for your goals: You’re the expert on what’s best for you. Coaches will support you in identifying challenges and help problem-solve where you are stuck. 

• Practice skills: Track monthly expenses, learn strategies for reducing expenses, build savings habits, and gain confidence to manage your personal finances. 

• Strengthen credit: Review your credit score and report with a coach that won’t negatively affect your score. Connect to products that boost your credit score. 

• Increase income: Coaches help you strategize how to increase your earning potential through job training programs or new employment. 

• Create and protect assets: You can work with a coach to plan for large purchases, like a home. 

Long-Term Success with Ongoing Support

You and your coach will collaborate to schedule meetings that fit your needs. Together, you’ll stay connected for six months to a year, ensuring you receive the ongoing support needed to achieve long-term financial stability and success. 

Integrated Approach for Greater Impact

Financial coaching is integrated into KOM’s career pathways programs, combining employment services, financial coaching, and resource assistance. This integrated model leads to proven success for families, offering far greater results than standalone services.
