Executive Director Search Update

The KOM Board of Directors is pleased to announce two finalist candidates for the position of Executive Director. We extend our gratitude to the staff, community members, and Board members who served on the various committees involved in this search.

After careful consideration of several highly qualified and passionate candidates, the Board selected these two finalists. Each was invited to share their vision for KOM by responding to the question:

“Where and what would you like to see KOM in the next five years?”

The videos have now been removed as of the feedback deadline on October 23rd.

We are confident with the qualities each of these candidates bring in the areas of leadership, finance, organizational culture, preservation and enhancement of mission, and relationship building in the community.

Please provide any comments you have regarding these finalists to the Board no later than 10:00 a.m. on October 23, 2025.
