Zarghoon Pashtoon joined KOM in 2023 to assist Afghan refugees as a Family Coach Navigator. Prior to joining KOM, Zarghoon worked with the U.S Army Corps of Engineers in Afghanistan to build schools, clinics, highways, headquarters, army camps and other projects. He has also volunteered with new refugees from the Middle East and Afghanistan and assisted with school enrollments, applications, and healthcare. In 2016, he came from Afghanistan to the United States.

Zarghoon graduated with an associate’s degree in management from Normandale College and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Metropolitan State University. He is excited to transfer his experience and the challenges he has faced while achieving his goals as a refugee.
