Wadan Noor was born and raised in Khost, Afghanistan.

Wadan immigrated to the United States in 2015, arriving from Kabul, Afghanistan, where he began attending school in the eighth grade. He graduated from Kennedy High School in 2021. In January 2022, he was a freshman at Normandale Community College.

Wadan traveled from Texas to Minnesota in July of 2017.

Wadan Noor has been employed in Minnesota since 2017 by numerous organizations, including SJ Computer, T-Mobile, and Best Buy. He began working at KOM as an employee navigator in January 2024.

Wadan Noor enjoys working and interacting with people from other cultural backgrounds, especially young immigrants, and helping them adjust to life in the United States.
