Juju Lay was born in a Thai refugee camp and came to the U.S in 2008. She initially arrived in California but moved to Minnesota after living in California for a year and a half. Before her current position, she worked in an educational setting for 7 years. Juju has a background in administrative support, human resources, and community interpretation.

Juju is passionate about helping her community and learning new cultures. She is excited and honored to be part of the KOM team and is eager to learn new skills and gain more experience. Juju likes spending time with her family in her free time. She likes to go on walks by the lake with her family, loves trying new food and loves to travel.
