Ian Masica

Ian Masica is from western Minnesota and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Supply Chain & Operations Management, minoring in Spanish and Translation. During his education, he spent a semester studying Spanish in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Before he came to KOM, Ian worked as a freelance Spanish-to-English translator. Ian has always been passionate about linguistics and language learning, having tried to learn several with varying degrees of success. He is proud to be working for an organization that improves language access rights for a migrant community.

Ian brings business education and programming experience to his role as a Data Specialist. He believes technology should fit one’s organization, not vice versa.
