Finn was born in Boston in 1999 and graduated from Macalester College in 2022 with a B.A. in Political Science and History. He joined the board in April of 2024, after being introduced to many of the issues facing the community from his experience working with a large number of Karen tenants in an accounting role with a Twin Cities property management firm. Finn continues to Volunteer with Communities United Against Police Brutality, working primarily to collect data through the Minnesota Government Data Practices act. He has also worked closely with in-house counsel there to parse information received from various departments throughout the state as CUAPB continues to work with families that have had a loved one fall victim to police brutality. He has previously worked as a tax preparer at H&R Block and enjoys rock climbing, and retro video games in his free time.
