  Eligibility

– Age 18+

– Authorized to work in the US

– Resident of Minnesota and Ramsey County

– Seeking full-time employment

– If male, in compliance with selective service registration

AND one or more of the following:

– low income (200% or less of FPG)

– Receiving public assistance

– Basic skills deficient (includes ELL)

– Have a disability

– People of color or indigenous

– Older individuals (55+)

– Justice impacted (criminal record)

– Single parents (including pregnant women)

Individual Training and Career Counseling (WIOA)

  • Access resources to minimize barriers, like food assistance, gas cards, and other supports
