Individual Training and Career Counseling (WIOA) helps Ramsey County residents find employment by offering personalized job search assistance, training opportunities, and support services.

- Access resources to minimize barriers, like food assistance, gas cards, and other supports
Eligibility
- Age 18+
- Authorized to work in the US
- Resident of Minnesota and Ramsey County
- Seeking full-time employment
- If male, in compliance with selective service registration
- AND one or more of the following
- low income (200% or less of FPG)
- Receiving public assistance
- Basic skills deficient (includes ELL)
- Have a disability
- People of color or indigenous
- Older individuals (55+)
- Justice impacted (criminal record)
- Single parents (including pregnant women)
